Directions and parking:

Located at 10 S. Euclid Ave in St. Louis city, street level parking is available as well as at the Nine North public parking garage, two minute’s walk from our practice.

Arrival to the building:

10 S. Euclid Ave. Unit D is located in the Bacchus building with a secure door at street level. It’s right next to HiTea and directly across the street from Pokedoke.

Respect for time of patients and practitioner:

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment so we can give you time for a detailed consultation about your muscle concerns and your treatment before you ever hop on the table. This consultation and check-in time ensures a low-stress environment for everybody.

If you are late, we will honor your massage up to ten (10) minutes after the originally scheduled start time. No matter when we start, the originally scheduled end time for your service remains in effect.

Payments:

All payments are cashless and are charged at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards through Square, our online payment partner.

Refunds:

If we start and either of us feel that it isn’t going to be productive, we can end the session, no charge before 15 minutes into the start of hands-on time. Any time after that, the full charge is due.
