New Patient FAQ

  • All appointments are booked online by existing patients. At this time, the practice is fully booked — however, the waitlist is active and openings do come available regularly. If you're new and would like to be added, the process starts with a brief email introduction. You can do that by clicking the "Email us" button on this page. Once we've connected, you'll receive a link to the online scheduler where you can join the waitlist or schedule directly if a time is available.

  • Generally open Wednesday through Friday in the evening, as well as weekends. We are busy, so please anticipate having to plan out a couple weeks ahead of time for your first appointment. We sometimes have openings in the current week but that is usually rare and if you have an urgent matter you’ll need to communicate that with us in your new patient email so we can coordinate it timely for you.

  • We’re busy! We want to make sure that there are enough openings for existing patients to find their preferred time. If everyone wants the same times, then we might not be the right place for you.

  • In order to maintain an efficient scheduling process and the lowest possible cost to all patients, we need a credit card on file to hold the appointment. You will have up to 72 hours before the appointment time to cancel or reschedule without incurring the full cost of the session.

  • We do not take appointments by phone as we don’t employ a support staff. Returning phone calls is best efforts only, and we can’t guarantee that you’ll hear from us timely.
